Valid point, it was more frustration than anything else, new design and some great people who base their livelihoods on a heartfelt desire to help. Sometimes our reactions are more based on feeling things are unjust. On top of it all we have had a hack and the site has been all but inaccessible but I am hoping that the ASA can see we have done all we can to align with their requirements. It is just a bit odd as our wonderful clients are interested in psychic powers, psychic readings and believe in their existence. Yet we cannot claim genuine….but I hear what you are saying and thank you for your comments. It has helped as another unbiased view can help put things in perspective.

The reason you “cannot indicate the readings are either accurate, genuine or that they offer help” without breaching ASA guidelines is that you’re unable to substantiate such spurious claims. Don’t worry though, you’re not alone in that. All the other ‘psychics’ in the world are in the same boat.

The ASA exists to protect consumers from false, fraudulent or nisleading advertisements. If you’re unable to make these claims without breaching their guidelines, it follows logically that these claims must therefore be false, fraudulent or misleading.
